You’ve placed and paid for your order! But what happens next? We will start processing your order as quickly as possible.
Once it has been packed, we hand it over to our shipping partner PACKS.
Your package will be delivered within 2 to 5 business days after your order.

Shipping costs are €7.95 excl. VAT.
Other countries:
Shipping costs are €12 excl. VAT.
Will I receive a track & trace for my order?
Yes, you will receive it by email from the shipping service once your order has been processed by us and handed over to PACKS.
What should I do if my order is lost or damaged?
